What exactly can Catwoman do?

Alright, the absolutely horrible looking Catwoman movie is being hyped all over the place. My wife asked my a good question: what exactly can Catwoman do that makes her "Catwoman." I remembered back in the comics, she didn't really do much of anything except make cat puns, jump around, scratch, and use a whip once in a while. So, what powers is she supposed to have?

There's a MadTV sketch about this. Some dude has Catwoman as his neighbor and he goes to get the lawnmower she borrowed, and she sends her bumbling goons after him with names on their shirts like "Fluffy" and "Mittens."
