I dont know how they do things in Russia, but come on, the apartment managers didnt seem to care they werent getting rent from this place for 6 years?
 
i heard about a lady that was dead in her house for like twelve years, discovered by a post man i think.

he couldn't shove her mail through the slot because it was piled up so deep.
