What ever happened to Hot Wheels play sets?

They used to fold up and you could carry them by a handle. I remember these from when I was young, maybe hte later 80s.

Unfloded, they were maybe 2'x3' and typically a hill like structure. They were so much fun.

Now I have a 2 year old and I wanted to get him one and I think they are not made anymore. This suks. Anyone know where I can get one of htese sets besides Ebay?

All I can find these days are stupid mii race tracks which also suck compared to hwat I had a s a Kid.

ROFL ... thanks 🙂

So, you remember them?

Of course... but, if it was the "late 80's" and you were young... that means you're like, 20.. 21? And you have a 2 year old? :Q

Assume I was about 10 in 1987. The math would add up to my current age ... 30.

I had the hotwheels 7 foot oval track where the cars had mini motors and batteries you charged up in the pit lane and let em run loose. They didnt stop for like 2 mins.

That's not so crazy. I'm 22 and I have a two year old.

I liked those plastic tracks that you could piece together to make really long ones. I had one that went all over my house. I even had a couple loops too.

Yeah I remember those hotwheels...and those orange hard-a$$ plastic pieces of track that my mom used to whip my a$$ with. :frown:
