EDIT: upon further inspection, yagt.org seems to work, but get this on the forums:

Yes, he did, but YAGT has been broken for quite some time (SQL error on main forum page). I wondered what happened too.

I spoke with him briefly about yagt.org, and he mentioned that he really hadn't had time to fix the forums. He was interested in maybe starting it up again, but was having trouble with that error. Sometimes life just gets in the way of the internets. :/
