What ever happened to 321Studios and DVD Xcopy?

dvdxcopy when belly up after a court case and the gave all their software away for free as revenge.

Are you sure? for some reason every time I try to reinstall my purchased copy of dvd x copy it says that my license has been used to many time. I only installed it on this computer and only like 2 or 3 times.
