I was a couple weeks or so after Chernobyl. Actually I never really realized that, I knew it was in 86 but not what month so just checked. It's quite possible the news about it would have been on the TV in the room while I was born.

It could be anywhere from 9 +/- 1-2 months. For me it would be somewhere around December/January.
