Ever since WW2 Germany has been the pillar of engineering know-how.

Overall it would have to be Germany. Factoring in price, reliability, performance, etc. Of course if I could have any car from the European mfgs it would be an Aston Martin Vanquish and reliability be damned!

I guess I would have to say Germany for everyday type cars (ignoring Ferrari and so forth) but could you imagine the cars if they didnt kill off their Jewish Engineers???

I have to say Germany, because when my sister went on her honeymoon in Italy, they saw NO high end cars. In Germany you actually see them on the road.

They'd be more like Isreali cars, or what?
