You guys are fancy. I just have a 200lb set of power block dumbbells and a jump rope. Only use that stuff when I cant get to my real gym. Which is set up like a crossfit gym but uses personalized workouts that are more traditional, rather than WODs.

2018 update - added a few more pieces of cardio equipment:

1. Recumbent bike: I got turned on to these recently, had never used one before. Got a good deal on the model linked below; I recommend not installing the top handlebars as they're right in the way of your knees, haha:

2. Rowing machine: I've always wanted one of these! My friend was moving & didn't have the space for his Concept2, so I got a good deal on his used one:

3. Ab roller: I had some Amazon points to burn up & blew my $12 credit on this bad boy. I'm pretty sure it's a medieval torture device. It's an evil, evil machine when used properly, lol:

My spare room is getting pretty packed at this point. I use it as the movie room/workout room/VR room & just kind of cycle through the equipment on a weekly basis. I wasn't always the most disciplined person in the past as far as being motivated to do stuff in the comfort of my own home, but having it all be routine & instantly accessible has proven to be well-worth having a gym-like setup at home.

Ab rollers are pretty fun! Really challenging stuff with lots of shaking muscles.

I've recently started doing workouts at home. Well, I should say i've been doing workouts, but until now just basic pushups, squats, situps. Recently I've started following some bodyweight fitness sites like on reddit and decided to give it a go. Doing RR, or Recommended Routine now. Pretty simple progressions that allow you to really push yourself without a bunch of equipment. So far all i've been using in a chair, some elastic bands, and a set of gymnastic's rings. The rings are insane! You can do some crazy hard workouts with them, and they cost me all of $40 with mounts. I think everyone should have a set in their garage.
