Can somebody suggest some things I could do with my pc besides games? Like video editing or 3d animation or something? I know of general topics like what I just mentioned but I have no clue where to start. Any ideas?

u guys suggestions are poo......i know i won't like code b/c i had two roommates who were majoring in it and suffeirng while me and the other roomy were not exactly doing quite as much work. I don't think I will like it b/c it is too hard and tedious to make it do anything I would care about it doing or be happy with. Funny part is they probably won't even get better jobs than me with all the outsourcing and all. Well no, that's not true, they still will. but ur suggestions are still poo.

It really depends upon how much time you're willing to invest in these other things. Here are a few suggestions that I have off the top of my head:

1) Learn to do audio editing for things like mixing your own techno music
2) Learn to use the full capabilities of an image editing program like Photo Shop or The GIMP
3) Create a webpage using something more than standard HTML. Stylesheets, Flash, XML, etc.
4) Video editing
