What Education do u need to obtain in order to become a realtor?

You dont need any degree thats for sure, just buy some realtor books, study and take the test. Hope you like waking up unemployed everyday.
 
And if you are driven by greed, lack a conscience, and don't care whom you have to screw to make a buck, you are destined for success.
 
yeah, you just take the test and get the license. Then you register with a broker, and try to find people to buy/sell/rent. It's a hard job. Can make a lot of money if you sell very expensive homes, or be dirt poor.
 
haha, realtors.. due to my job, i talk to realtors all day long... man, they are not intelligent people for the most part.... whoa.... some even have admitted to me that they are stupid.. it's really quite strange. my guess is your education does not have to be hard earned... but i really don't know for sure. heheh
 
My mom took the class and test a few years ago; shes fully licensed...but she can't get hired because her personality doesn't fit.
