What editing software you guys use?

Lightroom is all I've ever needed. I'm not sure i see a point in photoshop going forward for the casual or even professional photog. maybe if you want crazy manipulations.

i think it is a long way before i would ditch photoshop (good they are included in one abo), but there were few shoots where i didnt needed to open the PSP, true

it is really good, i have it installed everywhere and donated too. just sad it is still missing option to save thumbnails which is the only reason i use bridge and TC more and more

Previously was using LR6 (last perpetual license... refuse subscriptions). I just recently tried ON1 Photo Raw 2023, and was really impressed. The quick "AI masking" and layers helped speed up some of my family portrait sessions, and the noise reduction algorithm really blew me away. For <$100 (snagged for $75 on Black Friday), it's really a great option.
