What DVD burner would you get

New to the whol DVD burner thing. I read some of the reviews on here and am choosing between the benq 1650, the pioneer 1100, and the nec 3550. I'm leaning towards the benq because it seems like everyone really likes it. Which would you recommend, first dvd burner and I don't wanna mess anything up

Looks like I'll go after the 3550A then as it's marked off $6 on newegg and comes with a 25 pack of legacy 8x dvd-rs

I've had good luck with my NEC 3500a.
