What dual pentium 3 motherboard to buy.

A friend of mine has a dell dimension 4100 800 mhz (not slot A) featuring a pentium 3 motherboard with IDE. He wants to upgrade his system to a dual pentium 3 system running a copy of windows 2000 professional that he can get his hands on. He wants to pick up another 800 mhz pentium 3 and slap them both into a dual motherboard but keep all of his IDE devices and SDram. What motherboards does he have to choose from? Overclockability is a plus.
