what drivers to use for the GLadiac GeForce2 GTS?

I was wondering if i should stick with the stock ELSA drivers or use the detatonator3 from NVIDIA? Suggestions?

Hi,
I have the gladiac GF2 64MB, definetly go with the reference drivers, the Elsa drivers are the old ones I think 5.32 or so, You'll get better performance from the reference nvidia. Try the new 6.26 drivers.

You might want to check out the list of reviews at Firing Squad.

Look in the left-hand sidebar for Top Searched Words where they list "detonator", click on the link to go to the list of reviews.

I use the 6.26 drivers. I haven't updated to 6.27 my PC is rock solid with the 6.26.

you might try the video card forum, or whatever it is. I'm sure a massive debate will start on the thread, and you'll get a better idea of what one is best for you.

If you have a GeForce card, you should use the Detonator 3 drivers (version 6.xx)....they give the best performance. Go for the latest ones.....you can find them over at places like Reactor Critical or 3D Chipset.

TNT users should stick with the older 5.xx series drivers.
