I just use the Detonator 28.32. Works fine

But benchmark wise, I'll let the next post guy answer that hehe

Same here,I use the official 28.32 drivers for my GF2 Ti ,never had any problems with them.Give them a shot,if you don`t like them there`re plenty of beta drivers like 29.40 etc you can try.
