What driver version would you use for the V3 3000 PCI?

Right now I'm using the v1.05 drivers that were out when I got the card at the end of July. I was looking at www.reactorcritical.com, and they have v1.06 and v1.07 drivers.

Would the v1.07 drivers increase my performance at all? Any idea what was actually changed from v1.05 to v1.07? Thanks!

Your OpenGL framerates should go up so games like Quake 1-3 will benefit from the upgrade.

Whatever happens, your performance will never decrease so you should go ahead and upgrade anyway. The 1.07 drivers work just as well as the previous driver versions.

And no, you don't need DirectX 8 to use them. I am running DirextX 7A and they work perfectly.
