What Driver to use for MSI 831 GeForce 2 PRO?

See subject. I would like to overclock it also if this is possible? Do i need a new fan? thanks!

Use the nVidia reference drivers. Which version you should get depends on which games you like to play.

As far as a new heatsink and fan, that's you're call. If you reach the limit with the current HSF and you want to go higher, then buy all means get one. If you're not comfortable messing around with it or are happy with your current overclock then you could skip it.

The stock fan is adequate for o/c'ing to about 230. I put on a blue orb (lapped) and got it up to 243. But all that is worth very little in the way of more fps. Unless your a junkee like me, I'd save your $7+ship.

As for drivers, this is my take on them so far:

10.80's: stable, fast
12.10's: stable, slower
12.90's: slightly unstable, faster than 10.80's
14.10's: stable, slower than 12.90's, faster than 10.80's
