Used to be Portillos around here, but honestly I think they are a bit overrated ... Their Ribs are always dry and overcooked, their pasta is blank, their italian beefs are still great, their hot dogs are still great. Their Burgers are good. I think I'd rather have Culvers or Steak and Shake.
