What drinks should I make tonight?

Me, my gf, and a few friends are gonna have some drinks at my house before we hit the town tonight. Right now all I have is 5th Seagrum 7 whisky, and a gallon of Gordons Gin. My gf is good at makin drinks (she used to bartend), but I wanna surprise her cause my drink makin skills are the suck!
