How does Nebraska have more homes with indoor plumbing than California? Nebraska has a population of 1.8 million. Hell, Los Angeles has a population of 10 million and the state of California has a population of nearly 40 million. 😕
 
SC BBQ is okay. NC is better. Western KY BBQ beats the snot out of either of them.

Texas makes candied meat, not BBQ.


I actually agree regarding NC...although you find plenty of that "style" in SC...which is done very, very well. This is primarily what I am talking about.

I have not had western KY BBQ, but I am not overly impressed with places I've eaten in Memphis...so if it is close... I'd rather have NC/SC goods.

Completely agree about Texas. They should not be able to call that BBQ...complete farce.
