Mine smells kind of dusty too, or something, and it's too warm to air it out lately. I dunno about having a constant fragrance in it though... might get sick of it.

my gf is a febreeze and glade freak. We have every scent. Surprisingly, she doesn't over do it with the smell. We currently have a soothing light Hawaiian breeze throughout our apt.

I will sometimes use air freshener things that you plug into the wall.

One time I picked up two different fragrances from Wal-Mart thinking that they wouldn't be potent enough (just a light scent) or maybe it'd be interesting to have a bit of change when going from one room to another. Well, I used one and damn... that thing was a potent SOB! So I went to return the other one to Wal-Mart to just pick up one of the first type that I used.

Well, I go and pick up the new one and ask to trade (with receipt and such). The cute CSR behind the counter is a bit baffled about what to do since I bought one when it was on sale and should she just give me my money back or do a one-for-one trade. So, she starts saying to another person, "Hey... THIS GUY HERE..." (insert the huge arrow pointing to me at this point) "... purchased this other fragrance when it was on sale and now wants to trade it for the violets and jasmine fragrance." (Note that the fragrance names probably aren't right... I don't remember them) So, I'm just kind of standing there with all the people behind me giving me that weird "what a fruitcake" look.

I got my trade and left... perhaps I should've hit on the CSR so I could've got my man card back from her :p.

Nope, I hate all that crap. My house doesn't smell like anything. Maybe clean carpet.

I don't even know what it smells like to others.

Just smells like home to me.

We don't usually use anything to scent the air.

Musty. My basement hasn't been dry since the day I moved in, and my landlord is too much of a prick to do anything about it. I'm tempted to call the city and complain about unfit living conditions.

Also, one of my roommates constantly smells bad. I've never experienced someone who acquires this much stench in a day. He showers daily, comes from an upper-class family, but his room smells absolutely appalling, and it's just inside the front door!

Thankfully though, the upstairs living area smells just fine. The living room smells like old furniture, the bathroom like red Glade plug-in, and my bedroom usually smells like DKNY's Be Delicious. :D
