I've heard of "restricted view" seats in older outdoor ballparks where it means you've got a pole or something in your way, but I've never heard of "view reserved" seating.

Any seat you buy, you are thereby reserving the view from that seat. <shrug>

Wikipedia:

Reserved and free seating

Seating arrangements:

* Reserved seating, allocated seating, assigned seating: each seat is reserved for a specific ticket holder.

You probably have one of those shitty seats the yankees are selling. Just a FYI, you can't see half the field in those seats.

At Safeco field, view reserved is just the 300 level seats- no obstructed view or anything.
