What does this sign mean?

the hospital sign or the rock climbing 1km ahead sign?

the rock climbing sign, means theres a place ahead to umm swim...I mean...rock climb.
 
It means if you fall off the dang mountain up ahead, you'll at least know there's a hospital to the right over there.

Just make sure you carry a pocket knife with you in case a boulder falls on your arm.
