What does this Red Hat error mean?

GNOME's Control Center crashed.

A seg fault means a program is trying to do something it's not supposed to and the kernel is killing it because it's acting screwy. It usually leaves a 4 MB "core" file in your home directory that developers can use to find where the program went wrong. You could delete it or send it off to the GNOME people as a bug report.
