BUt if its waiting to be put on a truck, whats this?
On FedEx vehicle for delivery/ERIE PA 03/15/2002 05:32
Dosent that mean its coming, TO ME?

Hey Viper :)

The way the industry works is as follows:

There are central sorting hubs in certain areas of the country that allow for the lowest cost and the most efficiency. From those hubs, the packages are sorted and sent to individual centers, so that's the second level.

These centers serve areas or regions. The local centers have trucks that deliver the packages. Right now, your package is at the Erie location. If you drive there, you can probably pick it up unless it's on a truck. Right now, it looks like it's not on a truck because packages are scanned when they are put on the truck for final delivery.

So you should get it soon, have some patience.

Cheers ! :)

You should give them a call. From the look of it, they might have put it on the truck and scanned, but it didn't get deliveried, so it went back to the facility. Best thing is to give them a call about it and get a full explanation from someone. Fedex is quite bad with their tracking (trust me, many experiences from me and friends). One phone call and it's here the next day.

they deliver on saturdays...but if it's not too far from your home, go pick it up...better than waiting between a time range for it.
