The way the industry works is as follows:
There are central sorting hubs in certain areas of the country that allow for the lowest cost and the most efficiency. From those hubs, the packages are sorted and sent to individual centers, so that's the second level.
These centers serve areas or regions. The local centers have trucks that deliver the packages. Right now, your package is at the Erie location. If you drive there, you can probably pick it up unless it's on a truck. Right now, it looks like it's not on a truck because packages are scanned when they are put on the truck for final delivery.
So you should get it soon, have some patience.
