OEM Version Stepping AYHJA

I saw this under a Tbird processor description at newegg...its more expensive than a plain OEM Version.

What does it mean? Which to buy?

Is there a MAJOR difference that is worth the few extra bucks?

I don't plan to do heavy OCing, if any at all

From what I hear, this particular stepping will provide the best overclocking potential. If you're doing about a 100 mhz overclock this probably would help.

If i do purchase the cheaper one at 1.33GHz, but still plan to overclock to maybe 1.4GHz...is it more likely to:

1) Processor fries w/o stepping
2) Clock speeds of 1.4GHz or higher just won't be achieved
3) Crashes
