What does this mean when it says this in tracking status in UPS

under status it says: Billing Information Received*

then it says in the bottom: *UPS has received shipper's billing information electronically. Billing information received does not indicate shipment pickup or drop-off. Please contact the shipper for more details.

so what does this mean??? i contacted seller, but havent gotten a response yet

They don't know if you're picking up the item or having it delivered?

EIDT : Or they don't know if they're supposed to deliver something or pick it up?

It means that the billing information for the cost of sending the package was received by UPS.

It in NO WAY means that the package has been touched by them.

It DOES mean that it has probably been weighed and labelled privately by a company scale... in other words, it's in someone's mailroom.
 

it means that the shipper has paid for postage (either online or at the UPS store)

once the package arrives at a UPS shipping location (not store), the tracking will update.

It means the package will be there in about 1/2 an hour.
