What does this mean on a motherboards spec sheet..should be easy

what if I have RAM that runs at 1600 naturally...do I have to still OC it in the bios?

It means the chipset and/or memory controller is not approved to run at this speed, but the motherboard manufacturer has designed the board to do it by overclocking.
