what does this mean? 200x9

I also have the MSI nf4 non sli mobo, and I use core cell. i have it right now at 200x9 so it's around 8=1800mhz...

how do I change the "9" into a "10" what is the number for anyway? THanks.

amd says that the a64 3000 is 2ghz.

the multiplier on the 3000+ only goes upto 9, and the 939 version of the processor is actually only 1.8ghz.
