OfficeMax is seeking a talented Marketing/Sales Analyst to join our Norman, OK Commercial Telesales Center. The candidate selected will perform specialized reports to support the needs of our Center. Reports will include usage reports, Customer Service data, incentive tracking, cost analysis, sales performance reporting and other reporting as required. The candidate selected will work with minimal supervision. Data will be gathered and analyzed to resolve problems using established analytical processes. Decisions involve interpreting data to determine results, answer questions, set priorities, and determine a course of action relating to current and potential customers. These responsibilities represent the general responsibilities and requirements for the position. This position will interacts frequently with other areas of the marketing and/or sales departments. Candidate will gather information to analyze and provide results to others for analysis. Typically deals with internal contacts including location staff and management. May speak with external contacts to gather competitive market data. Other duties, responsibilities and qualifications may be required and/or assigned as necessary.
