What does this EPOX 8K7A LED code mean?

I looked all over EPOX's website and could not find their diagnostic codes.

I have two nearly identical systems both with an EPOX 8K7A mobo.

One system runs fine and displays FF on the diagnostic LED on the mobo. I believe this stands for Fully Functional and means everything is okay.

The other computer displays a code of 39. This computer seems to have all sorts of problems...

Boots very slowly.
Applications open very slowly.
My Computer opens very slowly.
System hangs.

I have scanned for viruses but found none.

Anyone know what a code of 39 means? How about a link to a page which displays the diagnostic codes for this mobo and what they mean?
