I tried to go see a movie, couldnt find a place to sit. Some friends of mine saw me, yelled at me to come sit down but when i got there someone else took my seat ( another person who is a friend)

I ended up finding a really wobbily seat on the edge and it was hard to sit still and watch the movie. Each ime I fidgeted, the movie would restart much to the groan of everyone in the theatre.

At one point a guy to my right who I had never seen before yell at me, " if you cant sit sill, you need to GTFO". I stared him down and said, " You need to shut your.fucking mouth!"

I stayed and watched the movie, afterwards the guy who yelled at me and his friends who ive never seen before were all buddy buddy and I took a ride with them. We ended up in a high speed pursuit trying to get away from the cops.

Dreams don't mean anything. It's just a surreal mix match of thoughts your brain creates to keep busy while you're laying around doing nothing.

But why would my brain pick such a sequence? There should be an underlying reason. Im thinking its a forest gump style "seats taken" kind of left out feeling with a hidden desire to feel wanted or belong to a social network of people....even if it is an unruly gang.

Why i lashed out with anger/ defensiveness when obviously i was a nuisance in the theatre, that is reflecting self-centredness and maybe satisfaction with disturbing normality...even if it was just to get some kind of attention

What's going on here? How do you interpret it?

A dream works the same way, but you don't have conscious input, so your brain does what it can. It can be amusing or scary, but it's just a dream.

The Great Masturbator is a most important work of one period. The main subject in it is a large, soft, terrorized head, livid and waxlike, with pink cheeks; the closed eyes are embellished by very long eyelashes. A tremendous nose is leaning on the ground. The mouth, replced by a decaying grasshopper crawling with ants, opens in the middle of a head finished off with ornamentation in the 1900 style
I cant see this head...

EDIT..
oh nvm, i see it now. same one as in this more famous painting.

Dreams are just practice for reality.
I watched a Netflix documentary on them where researchers prevented rats from dreaming, but allowed normal sleep. The rats that couldn't dream did much worse on learning maze patterns than rats that were allowed to dream.

The hypothesis was that rats who dream, practice running mazes in their dreams.
