What does the term "IRAQI" mean to you?

EDIT2: Thriller - if an Iraqi is a "citizen of Iraq. nothing more, nothing less.", is someone who is American of equal or lesser value? I believe they weigh the same, yes?

EDIT3: Chiller - We can assume a person in one country is equal in "value" to a person in another country. However, do you believe there are any exceptions? Possible exceptions may include Canadians, but no conclusions have been made about our brothers to the north.
