what does the AXDA mean in front of the 2400 on my athlonxp 2400+?

i was looking to see if it is unlocked or not and can not tell, even with magnifying glass i believe it is a week 35 chip also. there are a string of numbers then something like 035 or something to that affect. is that a good stepping?
