What does "sac" stand for?

Looking at the classified ads right now and here's what one of them says:

LOVESEAT $2900 ETHAN
ALLEN, perfect, sac $500; 2 Rattan swivel rocking chrs, perf. paid $229; sell for $75; Rattan Bentwood Rocker $50.

I've noticed the acronym (i assume) "sac" in some of the other ads as well. Anyone care to inform me what this stands for?

Here's another ad...

BR SET, 7 pc, King sz, lg dresser w/mirror, armoire, tall chest & 2 night stands, beaut quality. Value $12K. Sac
$4950.

Holy crap how does no one know how to read classifieds?

"Sac" means "sacrifice," i.e. selling for a HUGE loss or a lot less than it's worth / they'd like to get.
