FWIW, I went to BB B&M to PM LOTR:FOTR SE DVD with CC. The cashier was like "you need to RTFM on PMing" and I was like "LOL, I WTFM on PMing. WTF, this isn't a YMMV deal!" I told her to get a manager over there ASAP, since she was being such a PITA. He was like "BRB" and went to RTFM about PMing and saw that I was right. I got the DVD, and the cashier was cute, so I got her AIM, and IMd her later. She was like "A/S/L?" and I was like "WTF?!"
