Question What does 'NB' mean in regards to temperatures and voltages?

I have checked around this forum and others only to find that it seems to mean 'NorthBridge'. That does not really tell me anything.

I am currently running Linux Mint 20 Cinnamon with an Intel i7-990X CPU overclocked to ~4.0 GHz, and using GKrellM System Monitor.

Could someone explain it a bit more clearly for me?
