What does love mean to you?

I been pondering many things lately. And this is one of those things I always seem to think over too much about. So I thought I start a topic on it.

So what does love mean to you?
 
A God that would give up His Son to die in the place for a people that would curse, reject, and hate Him so that those people would not have to die.
 
non existence.... If shes not the right one, you'll get screwed over. Even when you think you both have love.

Definitely. There's nothing in it for Him but to have sinners with Him up in Heaven, many of whom don't even believe he exists.

I describe love as selflessness.
 
It means coming back to this forum even when I have to read posts by (in just the past five minutes) bible thumpers, desperate virgins, needy self-centered F-tards, pedophiles, etc...

Kinda hard to describe what love means to me, but right now I'm hung up on a girl who doesn't believe in it because of one bad experience. Need to convince her that love does exist...if only for selfish reasons 🙁
