What does it take to date women like Rudi Bakhtiar?

Seriously, what would it take in a guy to date a woman like Rudi Bakhtiar (She is looking so hot today). I am guessing he has to be extremely good looking (Check), rich (check), hold an importany position, like CEO, or some entertainment industry position (Does an intern for a computer company count?) and have lots of connections, which I am guessing come from being rich. What do you think?

She was in tons of adds and clothing catalogs and did runway stuff all over the world.
I was basically unemployed at the time, and I am not that good looking.
