Okay, here's what I'm thinking...the 3 1/2" speakers up front are not going to produce any bass, so don't even try. The rears are likely 5"- 6 1/2" and they can produce a little bass, not much. The problem is that you're trying to get bass out of the stock sized speakers, which really isn't going to happen. Since you currently can't regulate the amount of bass going to your fronts *seperately* from the bass going to your rears, you're going to overdrive your fronts if you try to get bass out of the stock sized speakers (unless you have a deck that can adjust the amount of bass front to rear, but I haven't seen any).
So, since you have amps and subs (I don't know anything about those amps, I'll assume you're going to use them both for subs) you should hook up the amps/subs with a low pass crossover to the line out (not speaker out) of your deck. Then turn down the bass on the deck so you don't over drive the stock size speakers...get all your bass from the subs, highs from the stock...
