You're still alive.

If you're not having any other anomalies like dizziness or severe headache, I wouldn't worry too much.

Possible ear infection or too much wax. High blood pressure too. Go to a drug store with a free blood pressure machine and check it out.

Yeah high bolood pressure is the main reson. Over exerting yourself physically can also make this happen.

Bwuahahahahahahaha! :D "Remove body"....classic!

Ahem, <gets all official> Clarkmo has the right idea. Your pulse is always pounding (if you are alive, that is) you just can't hear it, normally. When your ears get clogged from too much wax or when the middle ear gets clogged from high altitude, air is compressed within the ear canal and your pulse (heartbeat) is amplified within the ear canal, allowing you to hear it. Sometimes painfully, as I experienced when I was a child; I had many inner-ear infections.

Clean your damn ears! :Q Q-tips are $2 a box! Take a shower and let warm water run into your ear. Tilt your head and keep the water there for a minute. Rinse. Repeat at least 3-4 times. You will be amazed (and disgusted) by the amount of wax and crap that comes out of your ears. Ewwwwwwwwwwwwwwwwwwww.

Hydrogen Peroxide works a lot better than warm water... and it feels funny too!

Not to scare you... But get it checked.. immediately.. A friend of mine had a stroke when she was very young and that was a starting symptom... Could be anything, so it's smart to get it checked...

Happens to me everytime after very, very intense drumming session.

That combined with extreme loss of breath and feet hurting so much I cant walk... that usually tells me when it's time to stop :D

I hope it's nothing serious

Q-Tips are NOT the answer to excess wax. Wax is formed towards the outer part of the ear not in the inner part of the ear. Using Q-Tips will only push the wax up the canal.

I agree, using a qtip may get some of it, but most won't come out. Think about the design of a qtip, how can you possibly get all the wax out with that? Using other things to pull it out is a better idea, or even better yet use peroxide. Or just ask your doctor to clean your ears for you. :p

But yeah, ear wax is disgusting, almost as disgusting as boogers. :p
