What does it mean when a Root Beer says "Draught Style Head" ?

yep.

Right now, I am trying Henry Weinhards' Root Beer. Thats what it says on the bottle.

draught = draft

draft style head means about 1/6 or so of the mug is actually "head" or foam

so, if you pour your root beer into a glass, you'll get "draft style head" on it
