What does it mean when a real estate ad says "ult free" ?

I've been seeing this written in some real estate ads, but have no idea what it means. Anyone here know what it might be?
 
House, condo, or apartment ads?

I'd say utitlities free as well, unless it's a house. Then it could mean utilities have been disconnected, but that's a weird way of saying so.
