And here I thought it was because of a missed period.

edit: via rocksalt

Another question--> what does "via rocksalt" mean? (serious)

Doesn't make sense because everyone knows rocksalt is non-lethal.
;)

Are you're talking about a shotgun?

Can somebody clear all of this up for me?

I dont understand because I'm haven't learned all this information you consider general knowledge.

Thanks

Don't feel bad - I don't know what the rocksalt bit is about. I'd guess either a TV or movie reference though.

Oh cool, I thought I was the only one.

I dont understand 90% of references on this board.

Perhaps I will understand them as I get older?

via from the Latin "by way of". Thus the by way of rocksalt post is a reference to the thread here a while back where someone asked how that chick in Kill Bill wasn't killed even though she got shot with a shotgun and a billion people replied back "rocksalt" similar to the abundance of people posting "dead" in response to the original question.

Well abundance as in three before the via rocksalt post. Guess he was expecting a bunch of dead posts.

I bet I could make rock salt lethal given enough time and resources.

I didnt know it either... Doesnt make much sense anyway

Doesnt being "late" imply that youre still gonna be there? Thus the saying "better late than never" ? In the case of a dead guy, Im pretty damn sure its the latter
