What does it mean if Sisoft Sandra tells you your CPU is

LOL, I did notice some funny messages like: "Your motherboard can support a more powerful CPU, so upgrade". Like whatever! I have a 3400+. I'm not paying more just to get a 3700+. They say the Newcastle core can overclock easier and is compatible with more RAM.

I don't need to overclock anyway. I kind of wanted to "hear" myself say that, but now it's true. I can max out the settings in UT2004 no problem.

Dude, I've tried to understand how to overclock and I don't get it. That's why I got the 3400+ 2.4 GHz and not a 3000+ 1.8 GHz.
