What does it mean if a person's thumb nail is an inch long?

It's definitely the thumb...

It's wayyyy too long for guitar, and the guy writes with his right hand, so I doubt he plays a left-handed guitar.

Means he hasn't cut his thumbnail in awhile. 😉

My brother-in-law got upset once and asked me what it meant to have 3 silver rings in my left ear. I told him that it meant that I pierced that ear three times. :shrug;

Some asians are superstitious and think having a long pinkie fingernail brings them good luck. I'm not sure about the thumb though.

I think it's dirty and I just want to gnawl that thing off whenever I see it. 😛

Does he have huge nostrils?

Maybe his thumb is the only digit strong enough to pull out the mammoth boogers he has.

Some people sell their fingernails. I'm not sure exactly what they get used for, but I've heard of it.

they get ground up and sold to aging hippies at Whole Foods as "herbal supplements"
