What does it mean for a motherboard to be "split plane"

Just read this at the intel site:

"Intel Celeron processors at 566 MHz and above manufactured on the cC0 stepping and at 633 MHz and above manufactured on the cB0 stepping require a motherboard with a split plane for Vcc. This is because these Intel Celeron processors in the FC-PGA package also have an internal split plane for Vcc."

What I am trying to do is upgrade an old MB to a Celron that it not officially supported by it. It should be possiable given the voltage controls on the MB (Abit BX6 2.0) but I am not sure about this split plane thing.

Anyone have any info?
