what does it mean "bin" in software?

I am bidding on world of warcraft in Ebay. The seller quote "bin" I am not sure what it means. so here i am, ATOT is my encyclopaedia.

All i can think of when I hear "bin" is binary but I don't think that is what your looking for. Must be a three letter acronym for something...
