What does GoldMemory mean?

I passed after 10 hours of testing (27 passes), and the info I have says 1417 MB/sec. Two questions:
1. Is the speed about right for 400 MHz DCM?
2. How long is adequate for testing?

I'm running HyperX PC3500 @ 260MHz FSB at 5:4, so I'm a little above 400, and it seems based on benchmarks I'm probably OK. I also ran Prime95 for 9 hours or so and ended up 55-56C. Is that meaningful since I did not run 24 hours as I've seen suggested. I think I've officially burned in my CPU, I don't want to beat it to death.
