what does dram command rate and que depth mean on an abit kr7a raid athlon board mean?

DRAM command rate specifies the time to wait before an activate and read can be started.

DRAM queue depth specifies how many row refresh requests can be queued, and then transferred in burst mode.

Can I set them to the fastest settings I have ocz ddr ram that is supposed run 400 mhz. Abit kr7a raid 133, athlon xp1800+ cpu, IBM 60 gig 7200 rpm hard drive, Asus geforce 3 ti 200 with the latest drivers and the latest from via as well.

I would set it at the fastest timings, then check to see if it is stable. Loosen them up if it is not stable, or as you o/c the system.
